up and on plan for today, foods are in place and snack are ready to go think i will boil down a chicken today for chicken salad . taking alexis to disney on ice tonight! can't wait to see her reaction this is the first time she has been old enough to really enjoy it! i love 3 year olds! lol and i think i shall have a skinny day but not sure it seems to be short circuting lol

I am quite sure you will have a skinny day, because you are getting thinner and thinner, and nothing will stop you! Great planning ahead,and have a great time with your little granddaughter tonight. Enjoy yourself, and savor every single moment!

ahhh lotus hang in there hun!!!! i have been where you are and yes it will get better! i am proof that you do not have to let depression win.i wish i could reach through this box and give ya a nice long hug....please make sure you care for your self you really do matter if you didn't if god didn't have a reason for you to continue you would not still be here we all have a purpose in life it is just not our place to know what it is at times just know that god is with you and has a plan.

well i don't know about the getting skinnier lol but i think yesterday allowed me to release some of the fear of getting thinner.funny but once an angel comes along and points out what you are not looking at it is easier to face and move on! i think i can face the 70's now thanks stef!

i did get the small can though i am going to cut the recipe in half i don't think i can deal with 20 portions while i am the only one here right now that will eat it!

well i ended up having to modify the reciepe i did not have any half and half lol and i put in a block of cream cheese i hope i haven't waisted all the ingrediants it tasted good when i put it in the oven we shall see how it turns out!

i did the calculations and added the recipe to my bank but the finish product had a great taste but seemed a bit watery? very edible but it ran off like pumkin pie will at times not sure how to fix it! will go back to the store for more pumpkin and half and half to try the recipe from keli

In your next one, try a bit of Xanthan Gum if you didn't already. All you have to put in is just a little. Runny or not, eat away.lol Enjoy a bite for me please.

well made it through disney princess on ice ! and only had a bottled water! but came home and hit the pumpkin cheese cake again! my daughter in law tasted it for me. it was so funny she took the tinniest taste she could then she ate the whole thing! she said it tasted just like pie and she couldn't tell it was diet ! ended up sending a piece home with her!
