Aiming for 23 pounds altogether - so a little less than 2 pounds a week over the 13 weeks. That's a little more realistic...working it all out, I have to have a deficit of a little less than 900 calories a day. So I'm aiming for decreasing the calories in by 450 and increasing the calories out by 450.

Walking 1 hour a day instead of sitting uses 140 additional calories.
Doing 1/2 hour of yard work instead of sitting works off another 96.
