Awwww, the picture doesn't show up for me. My dogs are really camera shy as well...soon as I point my phone at them they put their heads down and slink away and hide. 

Ok - try again, please, I think I got it this time.... 

Great photos! Thanks for sharing them. Wish we could skip fall/winter and head right into Spring. Goodness, I am homesick for FLA.  

Oh how beautiful. What a regular photographer you are. I'm with you Susan. Give me Spring. I'm ready to start again. 

I agree, I love all the seasons except winter. Great pictures. I can't believe you got such good pictures of the hummingbird! Those guys are fast! 

Thank you all. Yes I was thrilled to catch those shots of the hummingbirds - a lot of patient waiting and using 'action's shots.  

Bella, wonderful pics. I didn't see Mushy Face so she must indeed by camera shy. Bella, I wish I could hug you. I read a comment that you left on someone's journal about what your grandma said to you at age 6 - I won't repeat it because it's obviously ingrained in your brain tapes. My mother too said something similar to my sister. My sister felt she was hated by our mother. What an awful thing to live with. I know nothing I say will erase the tapes of someone who raised you but you are beautiful in my eyes, and in the eys of God, and He is the most important person and the only one who matters. My prayer for you today is that you come to realize this and that the horrible words of your grandmother somehow get erased or at least pushed to the back. It's horrible what we do to our kids, sometimes we say things in innocence that hurt them, but too often we are well aware of the acid that runs off our tongue. You are such a special woman. Your talents seem to be limitless. What a waste if you don't see that too and embrace your worth. (I should take note of that myself dear one because I feel many women are guilty of not knowing their own worth or not owning their own goodness and talents). Enough blah blah, just know you are loved. 

Loved the pics..the humming birds are awesome..and that bee was really working that flower...We saw a moth the other day that looked like a leaf curled up..just stunning...:O) 

I love them all, Bella...very nice! But I returned more than once to the lowly sparrow...ah, God love 'im...he has no idea how much the Father loves him...or...maybe he does! We could take a lesson, no?

I share your love of the backyard as well. I would much rather sit on my deck watching the birds and squirells than anything else. My yard is small but it's all mine and is full of life.  

So beautiful! I love the outdoors.
