New month, new mindset. I'm changing my workout routine and eating plan and looking forward to seeing a total body transformation. For these next three days I will do a kickstart cleanse and then a structured eating plan for the next seven. After that I will be on a very balanced six meals a day plan. My workouts will be weights three days a week and HIIT for 20 min. three days. On my cardio days I will add kickboxing and I plan on trying to do yoga at least three days a week.
