Absolutely terrible week at work. Everyone has halloween candies on their desk. And I'll sit and chat, and grab a candy bar. Well, I would never eat a whole candy bar. and certainly not 2 or 3 a day. but I grab a 'fun size' bar 5 or 6 times a day, and what have I done? Sick to my stomach today. Can't even bring myself to eat my dinner because I feel ill; had to struggle to even get lunch down. All the candy has been messing with my insides too. Need to exercise some self control tomorrow, get a pack of gum and make sure i have my cup of tea with me when I go to all my meetings. Looking forward to getting back on track.
