well poo! the kids are carving pumpkins tonight and i always toast the seeds just another tradition that i will be passing on they have way too many carbs! over 8 to an oz, of seeds beware lol no seed munching allowed on phase one

You can do it. I have faith in you. Next year you will. With your strength, I'm sure you will be well past that rung in OWL and you will be able to have them. You have come such a long way, so I know you can get through this obstacle. Hang in there and have a wonderful day.:)
