Rest day today. That's always nice, but we've also got lots of food at the office today too, so hopefully I can be reasonable. I'm going to try to get the dog out for a walk tonight again, he loves it so much and my son loves going with us too. I am going to be busy at work today, and I'll have a lot of up and down and some lifting so that will help a little bit too.

My eating yesterday I thought was a lot worse than it was, so I'm happy to see that I stayed under my RDI. I'm hoping I can do well today. I am going to try some of the desserts at work, but just a little bit, it shouldn't kill me. I just wish I could learn to carry my better eating into the weekend.

I'm feeling all over the place today so I'm going to end my journal before I send it all over the place. Have a great Tuesday!

The weekend is so hard for me too. My inlaws always cook out on Sundays and my husband usually makes these big breakfast, so its hard to resist.

Weekends are a problem for me too. I stay up later and usually want to snack at night. Or have a beer or glass (or maybe more than one) of wine which I don't usually do during the week. Plus I don't journal as faithfully.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. I think if I would journal and record my eating better on the weekends I may stay away from some of the junk, so I'm going to try to do that more often.
