performance: losing 0.7 lb a week
I am beyond ready to lose weight, and be healthy, and get in shape. Finally I realize it's not going to happen over night, but as long as I stay on track I will see results. In the past I've never really dieted the right way. I restricted my calories to only a few hundred a day and worked out at the gym at least twice a day. The gym was great, but I wasn't eating enough and burnt out after a couple months. I started the binge eating every 5 days or so, and eventually it was everyday. I had lost about 30 lbs, and was the closest to 200 I have gotten in years. That was maybe 4 years ago. Since then I have attempted a bunch of times to loose weight, but really only lost about 10 to 15 lbs before giving up. I've registered for 5ks thinking that would motivate me. I've had a set date in mind when I was going to see friends or family, and I wanted to be at a certain weight by then. I have yet to meet any of those goals.
I just plan on taking it a day at a time. I don't have a set date that I want to be at my goal by yet. I think for now I just have to concentrate on getting through each day.
