Welcome aboard!!! I'm relatively new here too. Just a little over a week, and this was the best decision I ever made! I came clean with myself, and I make sure I put everything I eat into my diet calendar. It really helps!! I hope you can get the support you need from everyone here!! You can buddy me if you want. This past week has been going quite well, thank you for asking!! I am still having trouble making 1200 calories a day! :/ Right now I'm eating a pretty good size salad. Whopping 736 calories!! I have found personally, that if I eat most of my calories for lunch, then have a lighter supper, my weight loss stays steadier, and I don't get light headed or shaky from not enough calories eaten for the day. I get close to the 1200, but have only went over once since the 13th when I joined.!!!

hello! and welcome. This site is helping me too. I've been cutting calories for a while, but couldn't lose weight. And then, after joining here and updating my meals everyday, I realized that I consume LOTS of carbs and sodium. And I'm not talking about eating desserts or filling myself with bread! Even fruits, whole wheat bread, cereals can have lots of carbs, meat, ham, and others can have lots of sodium which won't help you with the weight loss. Keep an eye on those too! not just the calories! I wish you success!

Thanks, I am really liking how the food log works! I do write it down, and then log here also. Does all the work! I like to watch my fiber intake, so that is helping. How long have you been on this site?
