I've got to measure myself (in hopes that there will be shrinkage in inches). The scale is driving me nuts...stuck in the 220's. And ready to leave!

Another fun run tonight (4.5 scheduled).

This week has been tough on me. I'm pushing myself HARD at work to hold everything together and not overload someone else. It gets challenging sometimes. However, I will do it...I will overcome and continue to push forward.

Thought I was going to get some work done on Saturday...then I remembered: FAMILY REUNION. Would air count for breakfast? Just kidding, I will play it smart for lunch and might even opt for dessert. (This is the side of the family who can COOK and it's ALWAYS amazingly great!)

Ant update....saw a trio on the inside edge of the car door. They died a quick and "painless" death. I am going to need to spray the car down. Perhaps after I give it a good exterior scrubbing and then on the inside, turn on the super power vacuum sucker at the car wash and suck up all the vermin living inside my car. Stupid ants.

Start measuring today, then try to keep at it once per month. I've noticed that I'll have some weight gone in inches and not much movement on the scale. I try for once a month. Good luck with the reunion! Those can be hard on the diet, but get through it and be happy to have gone, don't remember the bad food you ate just the good time you had. I hope those ants go away soon!! :)
