Yesterday I was still suffering with my headache and it was really bad again, so I finally went into the doctor and got a shot. I'm feeling better today, just tired, so I'm glad I went. Hopefully, by the weekend I'll be feeling back to normal and will be able to get back into my routine. No workouts this week and I haven't really been watching my food. So, Monday I'm going to weigh in and see how much damage the last week has done.
I highly doubt I'll get a workout in tonight, but I'm hoping tomorrow will be better and Saturday will be zoo day, so lots of walking. I hope that on Sunday I can get a good workout in too to round out the week. I have only wanted to eat junk the last few days, so I'm going to try to get my eating back on track too. I wish I didn't crave sugar and other junk when I feel like poo.
