Trying to adjust things. May not be get everything logged in on the site, but I am recording what I eat in my little book I carry. Trying not to let stresses of work get to me. Intra office politics is the worse here. I work with some real cats! I need to work on building a support group outside of that environment. New lab results should be in Thursday. Maybe it will help in point into a new direction with my health issues.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
