Did some jogging and walking with Pete today in the park from the library around the soccer field and back. My tracks said it only 2.7 miles, but, who am I to argue, I thought it was 3.5 miles. Anyway, I set a distance goal, like a tree or bench and jogged to it and than walked some. I actually ran more today than I have in the past. Not my thing, but if it burns the calories.....then I will try. And to top it off, Pete and I actually got along on the jog!!! It kinda felt good. Also the weather is awesome, nice breeze.
