July 4th was a bust.....Glad the feeding frenzie is over. Back home on my turf and in a bit of a controlled environment with food. I have cleaned it up and tried to be consistent with the input in the food journal here. I can see what the numbers are and I feel like it will really help me. Less than 100 carbs is kinda hard, but can be done, but more than 100 protein is very hard to do. I find myself eating chicken for a snack, just to bump the numbers up. Sure hope I see some progress SOON
