Artificial sweetener
I used to drink several diet cokes a day....maybe 5 or 6. I now only have 1, it's my reward, besides I love the fizz and the bite a diet coke has. I know it's not the best, but I have really cut down. Somedays, I go without a diet coke all day.!! It's usually in the afternoon when I need a hit of caffeine.

Water
How much water should you drink in a day? My trainer says 1 gallon. I can do 3 litres, but that last one......it just doesn't want to go down. Seems like that's all I do
What's you take on how much water I should drink in a day. 60 yo, 157 lbs, 5'7"
