Although the heat in New England...a bit oppressive, had a wonderful 4th of July...baseball, fireworks, time w/ the family...
Today is going to be another hot one! Getting my packing done early - then off to the beach!
Leaving very early tomorrow, so not sure when I will be back on. Hope you are all well...stay true to yourself - and enjoy life!

I wonder if I should put mine to zero? I kind of like see where I've been even though I'm not at the point I left before yet. I'll probably put the actual in on Monday, even if it is higher. It will be 3 weeks that I'll have been on The Plan I'm on now. I feel good so really the number on the scale is just a number not ME. Paula, do you remember the post I did on the scale? calling it a box and naming it "IT"? I'd like to find that post again. I don't remember if it was a journal entry or a forum comment. Do you see anyone from the old group on here anymore?
