I have been doing the Insanity workout and even though my weight has stayed the same I have noticed a difference in the way I feel and the way my clothes fit in just 3 DAYS. This is definitely something I'm going to keep up with.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
