Ate some things I shouldn't have yesterday. My exercise has slowed a bit since I pulled BOTH hamstrings. I'm trying to get them worked out so I can get back on track as soon as possible. Time is running out QUICKLY!!!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
