Again, I'm surprised my weight today isn't more.
I don't know what it will take for me to get back on track with healthy, clean eating and daily exercising.
I'll keep reading my fitness magazines and online articles and hope that something clicks!
My old motivation was our new pool, but that's not working anymore.
Then it was going to Key West in September, no help.
Something will happen, maybe a picture or comment, or inner motivation.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
