First week back is now completed - all in all I am happy with the results. Am writing off my WOE tomorrow since I will be out of town (work related). But Tuesday I'll be back full force with the formula that worked for me last fall - 30 net carbs/1350 cals. Believe it or now I cannot wait for Tuesday!

Because of the cold/wet spring my garden is late this year. But finally I am getting yellow summer squash - by the bushel basket full! Good thing they are the perfect diet food - LOL.

And speaking of food - I strongly suggest everybody go try Heather's (Helewis) Radish Salad (posted on yesterday's journal). YUM-O!

Awwww Buffy..I love yellow squash..I can eat it once in awhile..so I do..LOL..Great job on the that first week..now it should be smooth sailing after you get back...:O)

hey girl, wow, a whole week. I am happy for you, I got my first peach yesterday (only one on the first year tree). No birds got it, just ants since it was over ripe. I tasted it, and YUM! Happy Tuesday to ya!

Yay, Buffy. I so envy you, 30 net carbs! I know this will work wonders. And yellow squash. Can I have pictures? I bet they'll be so yummy. Glad you liked the radish salad. I made some great raspberry vinaigrette today for my spinach (refrigerator) salad .... Everything left over in my fridge. And omg, I made my bf some yummy veggie burgers today. Will post. So what happened with the clothes for your meeting? What'd ya wear?

Heather - I found an older outfit that still fit - The new girl wore a very short dress so that took all the attention off what the rest of us wore - LOL!
