I did well on the challenge. I'm so glad to be back on induction. I feel better already on the first day as occasionally I was eating wheat products, etc. If I did this all of the time I'd lose too much weight, but I'm not hungry and I feel better. I think Atkins is a balance, one must get salad foods in their system too like I do and it doesn't make one sick of the proteins. I like vegetables, and I'm not a fussy eater so I can go a few weeks eating the same foods over and over to lose the weight so I don't have to fuss and make huge meals since I live alone. My chest was 41" (I think - I did it the other day) my waist is 37" and my hips are 41" I did the hips as one of the guys said your waist should be trimmer than your hips. I got a lot of exercise in too so I really think I will lose a good amount of weight in the next month. The trick is not to hang around everyone eating pizzas etc. and joining in the parties where I live even if it is just once in a while. This is the easiest way for me to lose weight and I feel better already, possibly because I did induction last year for quite a long stretch there. :)

I have no problem eating the same foods over and over too. Makes it a lot more easy! How long did you stay on induction last year? I just started Atkins in April and finally found a plan that helps me lose weight. I've tried them all! I try to stay at 20 carbs during the week and go a little higher on weekends except for the month of September since I'm on Sara's challenge too. I think we're on the same team!

You are doing great! It's great to see you on so regularly too! You were gone for a bit and I missed talking to you. :) Yes MB, we're all Emeralds! WOOT!

I agree! I feel better already, too!! I usually have a problem about the third day with cravings. Once I make it past that day I'm usually GREAT. It is comforting to feel good again, though, isn't it????!!!

Whew! I was beginning to think I was the only one in the world who can eat the same stuff over and over without getting bored. I have scrambled eggs EVERY morning (unless my husband wants them over easy) while still fixing him cereal or pancakes and such. Unfortunately, HE gets bored very easily, so I'm always having to fix a variety of stuff, and then I can eat too much because it's more appetizing! "Boredom" is a good thing when dieting, if you can do it!
