I wish I could ignore that red "Weigh In Now!" notification, but it bugs me, so I must be honest and weight in even though my period started today. Bad timing!

I hear ya - the link is a pain esp when I only want to weigh in once a month. Apparently somewhere in a software coding menu they voted that we will all get weekly reminders whether we want them or not.

Don't feel bad, I did the same thing this week, but this morning, the minute I realized my water weight was gone, I hopped on the scale again. ;)

Evil software code! Must be stopped! 😊 We don't need those reminders do we? Well, we probably do as I for one hate getting on the scale.

I wish we could set it for whatever we want though - some people weigh daily - that was making me insane. In the beginning when I first made a change in eating it was a faster change; now that I'm just trying to maintain and mmmmaybe lose a pound a month - well, I guess it shouldn't hurt to weigh weekly just to keep the weight in check. Guess those coders know what they're doing after all... LOL
