Having a feeling yucky day. I worked out hard yesterday lifting weights and core work, and I ache. I feel tired and out of sorts. I made two kinds of healthy snacks and some whole wheat cranberry walnut scones (those at the request of my partner); sampled them all.

Couldn't go to Zumba because traffic was too messed up to make it to the more distant gym plus see the above paragraph, lol.

I planned on riding the bike in the garage, even cleaned it off; maybe after dinner. Easy dinner; I thawed chicken breast & chopped it up, am making Bruschetta Chicken Bake served with steamed frozen petite peas.

I'm so tired, & don't quite understand it. My foot has been killing me; I think the orthotic the podiatrist made worsened instead of improved it. I cut my Zumba down to 2 classes a week, took days off, and the foot wakes me up at night. Gripe and whine session is over now.

Beau stole my chair so I'm sitting on the floor. He got freaked out by the guys repairing the driveway earlier today so I'm spoiling him even more than usual.

I AM going to Zumba tomorrow morning before I go see the dratted podiatrist again. I suspect she will want to give me a foot full of cortisone; maybe I should ask for some imaging so she can make sure she's treating things properly. Ok, I'm still grumpy. Sorry.

Pain will exhaust you. I sit in the floor all the time so Mushy can be Chair Queen.

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. I hate to to wake up to pain but I do so pretty often (cramping).

I was just going to add that pain will exhaust you...but FullaBella beat me to it. Take care of yourself. Are you sure your Zumba isn't aggravating your foot condition. Maybe take a week or two off. Hope things get better. Take care.

I have a knee problem and did have one point where the pain medicine, which was actually an arthritis med, made things worse...made me feel worse. I don't know your situation, but maybe the podiatrist can make you a different orthotic that kind of eases your foot into things instead of just putting it there all at once?? I wonder if you need different or better shoes? I believe that that is the problem I am having, the reason behind my extra crazy knee pain after trying to jump rope the other day for the first time in years. I am sorry you're having a feeling yucky day, I hate those. Sending you good thoughts so you might feel better. :-)
