We had dinner at La Provence in Lake Oswego tonight; no way I can record what I ate. We split 4 petite entrees; Cheese Plate, Organic Roasted Beets Salad, Quinoa Et Artichant Timbale, and Grilled Romaine Et Shrimp. Utterly delicious, delightful, & beautifully presented (yes I took pictures) .
Ah, then we chose decadent desserts to take home. My Lemon Graffiti was so amazing that I cannot muster the least amount of guilt for having totally immersed myself in its delights; the taste, textures, and depth of the flavors dancing on my tastebuds.
I am utterly inspired to create meals that are as tasty and satisfying while still healthy. The quinoa with artichoke hearts, asparagus in a citrus vinaigrette with premium shaved cheese on top is something I would love to try making myself
The beet salad I could make tomorrow, though I doubt I could recreate their yummy drizzle of dressing. The dessert will just remain a pleasant memory, like the first time I stood in front of a real Monet.
Sigh!
