So the weekend and the holiday were....kind of ugly. I ate alot and didn't bother really tallying in, because I didn't want to see it. I know I'm going to improve the quality of my life in the next 30 days in the month of June.

Instead of relying on the reminders of loss - with my Daddy's birthday, Father's Day...I am going to daily focus on my goals that I've set. Satan will fight me hard on it. With God's help and strength and guidance, we will be successful.
