Preliminary efforts last night were shot down in a fiery quick flash. Today I slept in, and made myself late because I made myself do the 15 minutes/resistance 2 workout on the elliptical. It's obvious I haven't created a habit yet, as my head, heart, and will power battle it out everyday. Every opportunity for a battle, there seems to be one. And there is no logic. No common sense. No one thing that seems to trigger it. It just is.

I am fast approaching the no gimmicks challenge. One that intrigues me, yet makes me fearful. I am holding myself accountable. I know how challenging P90x is. I know how much dedication it takes. I know there will be no procrastinating. There must not be any. It's a month - a hard month - but a month. I'm hoping Susan H will be able to keep me motivated. It's that thought that there is someone else who has done P90x and knows what it is about....and they are going to pick it back up for the month of June. It's inspiring. It's encouraging. It's support. It's what I need.

Now it's time to get to work.
