Goals:
1)P90x for 4 weeks (It's hard, but I lost alot of weight in 6 months, and I'm missing the strength part. I know I will not want to get up any earlier than I do already, but I NEED it.)
2)Elliptical - continuing my challenge - Pudge be gone 2.
3)Stay within/under my calories...even on holidays, even on weekends, even when the devil is telling me it's okay to have just one more.
4)Minimum of 64fl oz each day.
5)Significantly reduce the amount of caffeine I've come to rely on.
6)Time of God every day.
7)Eat at the table - not in front of the tv.
