Today off was good, assembly was nice, can't believe school is out already! Having a bad diet day :( Got up and did Fat Burning Pilates (after I ate a donut) and was active picking up the house, grocery shopping and what not so feel good about my exercise, but I made poor food choices because I was feeling so frustrated that I'm not seeing any results. I know it is because I'm not eating right, but I keep thinking I have to eat little or nothing to lose weight and it frustrates me. If I eat a salad for lunch I am starving and eat too much for supper. When I've lost before I felt like I was hungry all the time, so of course I got to my goal and started eating a lot again and gained a lot back. Ugh!! I also don't have anyone that I can discuss this with because all my family/friends say "I wish I was skinny like you". "You look fine, do you want to be a stick?" and my mom keeps telling me maybe you are at your happy weight, well I don't feel happy about it. I'm 5'2" and have 40" hips, I don't want 40" inch hips and a belly pooch!! So I guess I need to figure out what is really holding me back from having a good sensible eating plan. Enough rambling, better go clean the kitchen!

Gosh...I've been feeling the same way. I made hot dogs, mac, and fried green beans for dinner last night and I kept telling myself to have a salad. Then I thought...just eat the darn meal you made so you won't be hungry an hour later. Reading your post made me remember those days of hunger and weight loss. We need to be vigilant! I'm sort of tired of being to busy to care about myself. I think when school is out I need to step it up.

When you eat salad, you need a good poortion of good protein with it. Just some veggies will never keep you full :)

You might not be eating enough! Really!!!!! I had an appointment w/my dietitian(sp) and she actually added more carbs to my diet. She said w/the amount of working out I do I am not eating enough. So looks like I've stablilized and have stopped putting weight on...let's see when I kicks in and moves the other way. I was okay on my protien, but not giving my body enough fuel to do what I do so it was hording to keep full. Just something you might want to chk on.

Thanks! Rubie, I will have to check into that. Schmet, I do need to add more protein to my salads, I have on occassion added a hard boiled egg or some bacon. I need to do that more often. Lemizz school is out for us too and the weather is finally nice, so I am planning to add in walking at our track field in addition to my morning exercises. Hope this helps, not just physically, but mentally too!
