I got some medications changed, and as soon as that happened my weight started dropping! Yay! I also got a little validation from the doctor yesterday. I went in for a persistent cough but he knew about the weight loss plans and he noticed that I lost around 8 pounds in the 2 weeks since I was last in. Its nice to get some outside proof! Today I think I actually noticed a difference in the mirror too. A little less of the belly is poking out. I'm excited to notice the changes in myself. Last night I had some friends commenting on how all of my clothes seemed very loose. They were shocked that I've lost over 33lbs so far.

I'm thinking I need to try on some of the smaller sized clothing in my closet and retire more of the bigger things. I didn't realize how often I'd have to pull up my pants last night. Its a little sad that some of my favorite clothes are too big now, but I have found some shirts that were a little too snug now fit nicely. I have way too much clothes in general. I need to sort through it all.
