Did marathon shopping session and lots of atkins type cooking.very busy with visiting for mothers day. Going to a nature coservacy tomorrow. Walk and see the nature. I can hardly wait! Eating good. Still having trouble trying to eat enough. Positive attitude went and bought next size down slacks today...plan to start the exercise bike tomorrow.
