Very happy to say i am down another pant size!!!!!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! PLAN TO GO TO LUNCH WITH A FRIEND. OF COURSE LOW CARB. HAVE BEEN GETTIING SOME HUNGER URGES. HAVE NOT HAD THEM SINCE I STARTED THIS DIET! I AM SHOCKED! I found lower carb bread at Trader Joes. I am happy. Now i need to fi.d low carb tortilla shells here. I feel better. Just want to get this cortizone out of my system as it didnt help and possibly caused a stall. Does anyone know how long it lasts?

I think it lasts a week or two. Yuck! I have a great low carb tortilla recipe. mix well...1 tsp. of milk, 1 large egg, 1 tsp. oil. To this ad 1/4 tsp. of baking powder. Then add 3 TBSP of flax meal. It should make a thin mixture. Pour 1/2 mixture in a greased glass pie plate. Microwave about 1-1 1/2 minutes. Repeat process for second tortilla. They look horrible but taste ok. Good as an alternative to crepes and sandwich wraps.

Thanks for the idea.maybe some spices would add to the flavor. I am definately gonna try this.
