Went to the store today and all set to get serious again. Still having lots of back pain and side effects from the shots so havent started exercising yet.tomorrow is a new day!

If exercising isn't particularly easy, just watching what you eat makes managing your weigh very easily! Your weight is more about what you eat then how much you exercise (just think, a half an hour of running only burns ~300 calories at 5 mph). Going for a walk is good for you, if you can manage to do that, but don't forget to watch and track what you eat! Good luck (:

Right now having difficulty but hope it doesnt last long. I do walk when my back cooperates. I have stenosis which presses on the spinal nerves. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Loosi g weight hlps relieve the pressure. Wow such a small amt of cal. For all that work!
