Completed my JM workout last night without feeling completely whipped, and only had to stop once during 'running man' only because I'm slightly uncoordinated and got out of sync. feeling good and seeing results!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
