Fat: 72.24g | Prot: 65.26g | Carb: 270.15g.   Breakfast:  Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials - Dark Chocolate, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Red Lobster Wild Rice Pilaf, Trader Joe's Tilapia Fillet, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Dinner:  Checkers Cheese Double Cheese Burger, Michelob Ultra Light Beer, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy. Snacks/Other:  McDonald's Frappe Caramel (Small), Dairy Queen Cookie Dough Blizzard (Small).
