OMG! I think I just had a "perfect food day"! CHO 21 (with 15 from veggies), protein around 65, under RDI...

Way to go Brenda! Not so hard now is it? Your on a roll, keep it up and drink your water, the weight will just fall off of you. You'll have way more energy and you'll be wanting to get out there and move. Amazing how it works isn't it? Good job girl.
