Today the scale stars were align. 155!!!! I reached it over the weekend. But by Monday the numbers were up again. This is a very personal goal for me. It is not my fs goal, but marks 50 pounds since I started my weight loss journey a little over a year ago. Where I work, we receive some product in 25 pound bags. That is 2 of those bags!!

Speaking of work....7 days and counting!































































































155.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
