Last 2 days, i started to eat MORE I was. Even last night, i felt i really ate more than 1800 calories looool. However, i ate more spinach, chicken, hummus and so on. And then, i lost weight! When i eat less, i do not looool. I may calculate wrongly with my calories? or because i ate more protein as buddy Robin said?

hhhhh...Sometimes our bodies begin to be funny or crazy :D...i used to eat less for losing weight last week, but still stuck with up & down grams. Then, i tried to eat more, oh more than feeling full looool...After, i lost it!

I'm glad to see you're losing again. Anapdc told me about the 100g+ protein method. I think protein is a metabolism booster. Also, another friend told me about the "Zone." That's where you keep 33%calories from fat/33%calories from protein/33%calories from carbs so they're all equal. That seems to work well too, but it's harder to get that exactly right.
