I realized that when i eat 1700-1800 calories, i lose more weight. If i eat less than it, i just lose weight but in slower way.

I did not know that eating more can be a cause of losing weight!

I spent my life thinking that eating more just work with gaining weight.

It is amazing isn't it? I thought that too- that the less you ate the more weight you would lose. But it isn't true. I am always trying to tell people but they have a very hard time believing it. Guess it seems too good to be true! You've just done so great with the whole thing. You should be very proud of yourself for trying something that you didn't know would work. It takes a brave person to change their mind about things like that :)

Sounds great Kate. I am very proud that i found FS & buddies support me just like you. It is my first time in life that reached 70 kg loool...Even when i was a teenager, i just weight more than 85! Oh, it is very nice feeling to reborn as another person with different shape and lifestyle!

I am trying to eat more now. I am doing a zig-zag and it's between 1400 and 1900 cal a day. Today I am supposed to eat 1905 cal. I hope this works. Good luck to you.

Good Luck Skinny girl. What about trying to eat a specific number of calories? You will lose weight anyway, but i just wanna you to realize your calories to lose weight faster. Ex, you may lose weight more if you eat 1700 calories than eating 1500 calories. Just an idea :)

True. To be honest I have not yet found what works for me just yet. If this does not I will try your idea. Can't hurt. Thanks
