Buddies, i think my body's weight is struggling for 1 week now between up & down grams only. Is it normal if it takes more than 1 week? I am completing my healthy lifestyle, and there is no problems with me :).

Everyone hits a plateau once in awhile. I was stuck at about 175 for 2 weeks, but now I am losing again. It's perfectly normal for your body to slow down sometimes. I broke through my plateau, by increasing protein (100g+), like eggs, lean meat, lowfat cheese, etc. and reducing carbohydrates for a 2-3 days. Anapdc told me about this method.

How has the fast been? have you found a way to get all of your calories in?

Thanks Amy! I am doing great and still losing weight with fasting. I am eating food that has more calories to get more than 1000 calories. Actually, i am eating a lot, feeling full and still losing weight :D. Thanks to you again.
