Day 6... Not as ravenous as yesterday thank goodness. I'll be having a big pot of vegetable & shirataki soup for lunch. Hopefully 2 days of bloating myself out on veggies will finally clear it.

Sounds delicious, don't forget to drink water before eating it might help, this time make the stomach less stuffed it feels expanded.
