Random thoughts from today: 1) How do I know that I am at the best weight for my body.
2) What do I adjust next and should I?
and 3) will frozen zucchini taste good in a smoothie?
Don't have the answer for 1 or 2 but the answer to #3 is yes. Now to see if hubby notices.

Great questions. I've been trying to answer #1 for myself. I found a couple of sites that calculate "happy weight" (www dot self dot com/calculatorsprograms/calculators/happyweight) and "true weight" (www dot dukandiet dot com/Calculate-your-True-Weight). Both calculations are based on a set of inputted parameters. I'm using them to help me define my stable weight range.
