Wow I can't believe how quickly I gain weight back. Less than a week of not sticking with my diet and I am up 8 lbs...
I'm staying with my dad right now for a visit, and he is also on a diet. So there's no junk food in his place, so I'll have to get this under control again. Just being sick and tired of gaining and loosing the same 10 lbs should be enough motivation.
I was talking to my dad about all this, and although it was hard to hear he is right about me not having the discipline, and I need to change that if I want to loose weight.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know how accurate your diet calendar is so I can't harass you about food intake. :) Have you been getting exercise while you are there? Maybe the both of your could go for a walk? It is so easy to gain back the weight we lose, that's why we have to find something that works and stick with it!

No my diet calendar isn't accurate, but I'm going to start recording all my food again...yes, I 'd love to go walk. I plan it. There's a park here that's actually a mile around and its up and down hills, so I thought that'd be perfect.

Don't you dare beat yourself up, modify the diet if it isn't working. Even when you eat more walk around the house or short stroll. Plus take a little time to look closely at what you are eating and then try different things.You can do it we are here, I would suggest getting rid of temptation at home too.

Don't fret most is probably water weight. I didn't even eat a 3500 calorie surplus in a 3 day span. Yet I magically gained 8 pounds. Bull! I ate way too much sodium in a short time. I also magically lost 2 lbs of it a day later?... I don't think so. I will let you know what the scale says again in a few days but my clothes are my real determining factor in my size. That scale can't tell me when I am retaining water

Dont let it get u down and depressed you have to move forward and think postive my friend. I know first hand.. sucks. Its awesome your dad is losing weight too you guys can also be your support for each other
