My life has changed a lot over the past year. My husband is retired military, as of last fall, and now we are both full time college students with two kids. Life is interesting for sure :)
I've been wanting to lose weight for a few years now. I've tried a bunch of times...to many to count really. I've only lost a good amout of weight twice though. The best shape of my life I weighed 145 lbs. For now that's my goal weight. As I get closer I might have to adjust and that's ok.
