I am feeling a little down this morning and I don't know why. The scale is up 10 pounds and I haven't blown it. That probably means PMS, What fun LOL!. Since I still have a week, I guess this is going to be one of those months and I will struggle for the next week. Maybe I won't weigh myself at all until after and then I don't have to see the PMS gain.

My daughter is jumping around because she has guessed some of the sight words off of her preschool videos and that is cheering me up a bit. Also, I am going to plant some of my garden and I always find that relaxing. It is great weather to plant peas, lettuce, and cauliflower.

My husband is now also experiencing effects from my diet. He asked me yesterday what I have been doing different because he wasn't suffering from as much gas and it is because I have been cooking veggies and meats healthier and not just making the usually meats and potatoes. I also have cut back on the amount I use the deep frier. He has complimented me two days in a row now on how good I look and how proud of me he is. I think he might have done it to get lucky, but that has it's benefits for me too (LoL!)

Just writing it down has helped me to put things in perspective and make me feel better and I know all of you understand and are listening.

Mood swings are definitely PMS related, at least that's my story. But you're right, enjoy your daughter's little wins, get out and do the things you enjoy and definitely be very proud that your hubby is less "gassy" these days! I wish mine was, however, it seems the healthier I cook, the more "fragrant" he becomes.(LOL!) You're doing great on this journey, and staying positive to boot!

Potatoes always are the culprit to my fluctuation in weight, be glad the both of you will feel better more energy to be happy. Make sure you keep an eye on frost we covered some grass seedlings with clippings because of it getting so chilly over night.I know the feeling with the scale you might see a deeper jump after the other problem passes and feel better about it. Sigh I might have a little courage to hop on tomorrow, but we will never be best friends. I pushed it far under the bed so it would be work to get to it.Keep up the good work Kathy!

Well I'm glad you have nice weather it snowed on my freshly seeded yard for the last few days I might just have to go with dirt this year . Don't worry about the weight flux you told me a few weeks ago nit to worry sometimes your body just does that remember to drink lots of water and have some cucumbers today they will help with water retention.

Cucumbers? Really, I didn't know that! Wow! I learned something new today. I will have to add some to my salad tonight. Thanks for the tip: You should post that tip, others might not be aware of it.

Well since I am a weigh yourself addict, I decided to weigh myself again today. I did it after my shower this evening and I have lost another 2 lbs. Woopie! Thanks for all the support this morning. I hope I can do the same for you. Wish me luck tomorrow through Friday, I will be traveling and temptation will be everywhere.
