Started 1st Place Bible Study with a few co-workers 6 weeks ago. Also, started just a few days ago taking something recommended by Dr. Oz. Forgot it today so can't recall the name. It's suppose to hinder your body from storing excess fat and release seratonin. And I have been working in the yard or walking the last few days. So good to be back at the weight I was a year ago! Now, if I can just continue my way down to 140!

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 April 2013:
