Scale is being wonky again but I got it to agree on 169.6 three times so I'm keeping it. Was hoping for another shift down but just glad it isn't up any. Ended up eating more than I'd thought I would last night although still completely on plan (extra chicken and double the veg than normal). Just was still hungry so gave myself permission. And it was good lol.
So maybe tomorrow will drop again. Hate hearing the scale giggle...
