My food intake was just fine until I broke down and had the MAPLE BUTTER BLONDIE!!! What was I thinking? (But, it sure tasted wonderful. LOL.)

If it was worth it then it is ok. When I am craving something that is high in calories and full of junk. I ask myself if it is worth it.If it's yes I take a very small bite then ask myself again is it worth it.If it's still yes then I eat it count the cals and adjust my day.I won't gain a lb if I screw up one day,as long it's not more than once a week. You got to love what you eat.

That's exactly what I'm doing today. I had a wonderful lunch with a wonderful friend and I'm having veggies for dinner. I'll fill up on green tea. :-)

Personally I have an issue with the whole concept of "cheating" when it comes to food. It's not a pass/fail kind of thing...you are perfectly entitled to make a choice to indulge in a maple butter blondie if you want to. And if you choose to continue losing weight, all you have to do is offset it somehow with either exercise or lower calories. Have your cake & eat it too!!! ;)
