what a difference water makes
145.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I usually drink 80-100oz per day. Sunday and Monday I maybe had 20 oz combined. When I weighed in on Tuesday I knew a lot of my gain was water retention, so I was sure to get my 80oz in yesterday. I weighed in again this morning and am still up 1.5 lbs from a week ago, but not the 3.5lbs the scale showed yesterday. Cheers to H2O!
