GM everyone, well I haven't broken through the 190's yet, I have gotten away from that .8......yeah! me. I am now 5 away from getting me into the 180's. I have been going to the gym and using the treadmill, well a couple of days ago I started to walk/run and up my speed and it seems to be working. I would one day like to do a 3k so I need to get in shape and make sure I can finish. When I run I do it for just a little while then as I am confortable I will increase it little by little. Feel really good today and have lots of energy....getting ready for a long 12 hour day at work this means no exercise today, food watch most deffinetly....have a good day all
