Well, woke up in a pissy mood this morning. I am tired of everything, but am starting to feel a little more reasonable (took my Zoloft). I am ovulating and nothing feels right.

My dog pooped on the floor last night. It was raining and he didn't want to stay out to finish. My husband is still sick, but doing better today. At least he can talk again. My daughter is being a pain and I had to take away her morning cartoons. I hate being the bad guy (girl)! It sucks! I am just tired of asking her not to do things more that once.

I went to my mother in-laws last night, but didn't blow it! I stuck to one stuffed pepper; however, was starving before bed and made myself a veggie salad. I didn't stick to 1200 calories, but managed to keep it under 1300. I also had a severe coke craving, so my husband made me some Sodastream cola. It worked, only 35 calories and less sugar, but it kicked the craving. I have a coke alternative at home Yay!!

My back was killing me for several days, but is not hurting this morning, but am going to take it easy today and just do an easy Zumba (cardio) workout and give it an extra day to rest. My legs hurt, but that is because I have been doing extra standing at my desk writing on this course. I might just take today off from that.

Raining here, but is suppose to clear up this afternoon. I hope so, it has been raining for 2 days (river and lake in the yard). Not kiding! Wish I was.

On a good note: Lost 3 lbs this week and was able to keep alot of the water weight I gain during ovulation down. So all in all 2 bad days, 3 good. A good week.

I'm sorry you're having such a bad day. Hopefully you didn't find the dog poo by stepping in it on your way to the bathroom while you're still more than half asleep. My chihuahua does that occassionally, though usually it's urine, not poo. Either way, I get really upset when that happens, and before I can even yell at her, she's gone and hid somewhere, to peek around the corner at me to see if she's still on my bad side. I may have to try that SodaStream. I work with a girl who says it's great. I will have to try stretching for my back. I've only just started walking, and since it's been as many days as it has been between the biking and back pain, it's got to be related to the walking, rather than the biking. Then again, it can be the weather. lol! Good job on losing the 3 pounds this week and not gaining during the week. These are the times when I can honestly be glad to say "Thank Heavens I don't ovulate!", but then I also have nothing to blame the weight gain on. lol!

Kathy; I am sorry to hear you are having such a stressful week. Just be proud of your accomplishments ( i.e no coke, loosing 3 pds, keeping the water weight off) and use them to cushion the blow. Before I married my husband, I was a single mom of a great but busy daughter. Just know that being the bad guy doesn't make them hate you, It shows your child what it is like to be a strong woman who chooses right from wrong. Or at least that is how I am choosing to see it now that my daughter leaves for university in Sept. lol Bad days be damned, let that slide right off and focus on positive things. Have a bubble bath tonight.. You deserve it!!

Thanks Shawnna. The bubble bath does sound good, but I treated myself to a strawberry Sunday instead. Don't worry I saved the calories for it, but might do the bubble bath tomorrow.
